Workshops and Classes

The Art League's popular adult workshops are back! Our goal is to provide opportunities for artists of all skill levels to develop their creative skills and discover new art forms through classes and workshops.  Come join us for one these exciting classes.  Most in-person classes are held in the Art League's classroom at Trinity Presbyterian Church at 900 Blythe Street, Hendersonville, NC.

A full selection of day, and weekend courses are offered in a wide variety of mediums including Watercolor, Acrylic, Oil, Scratchboard, Collage and Wire-wrap Jewelry and Art Collage Bookmaking.   Subjects and techniques include painting water and waterfalls, palette knife work, portraiture, landscape, still life, abstract and more.  Summer grandparent (or parent) and children collage classes are also available.  The Art League teachers are outstanding and inspiring practicing artists.  Classes are open to all, both members and non-members.  

In addition to in-person classes, we are offering virtual workshops which are on-demand for those who prefer to work at their own pace.  On-line sign-up and payment options are available.  Members receive a discount on workshop and class registration fees.
